- How can I change my email address?
- To change your e-mail address log-in to our homepage or if you are already logged in click „my account“. Here you can change your e-mail address at „change e-mail address“.

- Why can tickets only be picked up in the designated Eventim centre?
- The many sales outlets are licensees of Eventim sp. z o.o.. Services (e.g. pick up of tickets ordered ) of the firm Eventim are only available in its own sales outlet.
- Where else can I buy the tickets?
- You can buy tickets at every outlet from our sales network. The nearest outlet you can find here http://www.eventim.pl/portal/pl/outlety/polska/.
Payment, Pickup and Delivery Methods

- Why can't I choose "prepayment" with some Events?
- The prepayment option is not available when:
· you wish to buy tickets from abroad (prepayment is only available within Poland) or
· the event will take place in less than 10 days (because tickets chosen for prepayment can only be sent after the amount is booked to our account we can only guarantee that you receive your tickets in time within this period.)
If you have chosen tickets for more than one event in one order it can also happen that this option is not available. This results from the combination of events chosen. - I chose prepayment. How can I finish my shopping process?
- Please send the amount to the bank account mentioned in your reservation confirmation email and as title of your payment use the order ID!
Please send the amount within 3 days. If we wont get your payment in 7 days, your order will be cancelled.
If we will get your payment after 7 days, we will refund your money and we will deduct 10 pln as handling fee.
If you dont use the order ID as the payment we will refund your money and we will deduct 10 pln as handling fee.
If you send us different amount than on your purchase confirmation we will refund your money and we will deduct 10 pln as handling fee. - When will I get my money for failed order?
- We refund money after checking the status of your order. If we can‘t fulfill your wish in the way you ordered, we will offer you other available options or we refund your money within 2 weeks.
- How can I know if you got my money for ordered tickets?
- If you finished the shopping process with your credit card or dotpay, you will get an email confirmation with the transaction number (ID). If you chose the standard prepayment, please allow up to 4 weeks for the delivery of your tickets.
- Is it possible to pick up the ticket at the venue as well or just at ZASP in Warsaw?
- It is possible only if such option was selected during the shopping process.
- There is a 3% fee added to my order amount. Why?
- For certain events, there will be an additional payment fee of 3% added to the overall transaction amount, when paying with a credit card or Dotpay.payments.
This fee is not refundable.
Questions AFTER a successful order

- I ordered my tickets a long time ago but have not received them yet. Where are my tickets?
- Eventim is a ticket agent and is not responsible for delivery. If the tickets were sent by registered mail we would ask you to contact the post office. If the tickets were lost in the registered mail you will receive duplicate tickets or if this is not possible a seat confirmation which allows admission to the event of your choice. In this case please contact us at info@eventim.pl or by telephone at +48 22 621 94 54.
If you did not choose the registered mail possibility you will receive a confirmation of purchase as far as this is possible ( only possible with a numbered seat ticket ). We accept no liability for standing room tickets that have been lost. We therefore advice you when you buy standing room tickets to choose the delivery methods: pick up or registered mail. - I got the dotpay confirmation but didnt get the order confirmation. Will I get my tickets?
- Please have a look in the spam folder first. If you dont find the confirmation there please contact us per email with following information: the dotpay confirmation, event name, amount of tickets, price category, contact details. After that we will inform you within 4 weeks about the status of your order.
- When will I get my tickets?
- If there were no problems with your reservation and payment process and we got the money on our bank account, you will get the tickets in maximum 4 weeks, depending on the date of the event you've chosen.

print@home (electronic tickets)

- My PRINT@HOME ticket is empty.
- Send us your order ID and your contact details. You will get your tickets per post., with no additional charge.
- I can‘t log in to my account.
- Please make sure, that you're logging in on the web site, where you made the purchase:

Please make sure that yuo're logging in to the partner ticket shop and not to the main website of partner. - I can't print my print@home ticket
- 1. Please log into your account on the website where you bought your tickets: if it was www.eventim.pl, you will find the log in link in the right top corner.

2. After loggin in, you will find your account options. Please choose "My orders" tab (right side)
3. Find your order on order's list and click blue "print" button on the right.
A new page will open with big print@home button - click it.
4. A PDF file with your ticket will open (please make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed)
5. print your tickets. Done. - After logging into "My Account" in the ticketshop, my print@home tickets are marked as "printed". I did not print them yet - were they stolen?!
- NO.
The "printed" status means only that the systm sees your tickets as ordered, paid and valid. It does not man that someone else has printed them from your account!
If you are not 100% sure that someone had access to your account or has received your tickets in another way, DO NOT CLICK the "report stolen tickets" link!
When you do this, your tickets will be automatically invalidated and we would have to undertake special procedure to grant you new tickets, which might take up to 14 working days.
Cancellations / Changes

- An event was cancelled/postponed/relocated and I was not informed. Why not?
- Eventim is not obliged to inform the ticket owner about possible cancellations/postponements/relocations but we try to inform all customers as much as possible. In any case we accept no liability for transportation, hotel or any similar costs related to cancelled/postponed/relocated events.
- Can I cancel my order after succesfull payment?
- No. It is not possible to cancel any order after receiving payment.
General questions regarding event

- Which tickets are available?
- All available tickets and categories you can find on our web page www.eventim.pl.
- Is it possible to get an accreditation to an event?
- For all accreditations please contact the promoter.
- Are there available any children rebates?
- The children rabates are available only if its writen on the site of the event. All event visitors have to have a ticket. Children under 16 has to come in the company of an adult person.
- What is the line-up of the event?
- If this information is available you can find it on the site of the event at www.eventim.pl or the promoter site.
- Which electronical devices may I bring?
- You can't take any audio-visual records at any time. All electronical devices can be confiscated!!! Please respect the conditions of the events and promoters.
