Payment methods
CREDIT CARD - Visa or Euro-/Mastercard
If you want to pay credit card, choose the right type of card (Visa or Euro-/Mastercard) and next fill the data necessary to realize transfer.
Your Euro-/Mastercard will be debited with the open amount.
In case of fault we'll inform you by e-mail.
For certain events, there will be an additional payment fee of 3% added to the overall transaction amount, when paying with a credit card or Dotpay payments.
This fee is not refundable.
PREPAYMENT (not available for non-local residents)
If you do not own a bank account or your bank is not supported by quick Dotpay payments, you can use our regular prepayment option.
You will receive all necessary data in confirmation email. Please use them to pay the ticket(s) value into our account
* If we will receive the payment after 3 days, your payment will be returned after deducting 10PLN handling fee.
* If you won’t include your order ID number in the title field of transfer, your payment will be returned after deducting 10 PLN handling fee.
* If you will deposit a wrong amount, your payment will be returned after deducting 10PLN handling fee.
DOTPAY (not available for non-local residents)
With Dotpay you can settle your payment with both credit card and online money transfer from your bank.
IMPORTANT: The 22-minute reservation time of tickets (visible in the top part of website, next to cart icon) is also running out while making your payment. If this time runs out during the transaction, the ticket reservation will be cancelled and money will be sent back to your account/credit card. So please prepare all needed data now (credit card number etc) to ensure a fast transaction
