Parties to the agreement of participation in the event organized by Live Nation are not bound by the general terms and conditions printed on the ticket. The binding general terms and conditions of participation in the event organized by Live Nation are available on www.livenation.pl and in ticket outlets
1. General Provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions („GTCs”) comprise general terms of participation in an event organized by Live Nation Sp. z o.o. („Organizer”) and constitute a part of agreement between the Organizer and the event participant.
2. Scope of Organizer’s obligations, cancellation and rescheduling of event
2.1. The Organizer is obliged to ensure that the participant has a valid ticket allowing entry and participation in the event specified on the ticket. The Organizer is also obliged to provide organizational backup for the event and to ensure that the event is undisturbed.
2.2. The Organizer is auhtorised to cancel the event without previous notice for reasons that are out of the Organizer's responsibility. In such case the ticket holder shall have the rights provided by the relevant provisions of law.
2.3. The Organizer has the right to reschedule the date, place and change the program of event for important reasons, i.e. national mourning, unfavourable weather conditions that make it impossible to run the event, illness, indisposition or another objective reason concerning the artist that is out of the responsibility of the Organizer that makes it impossible for the artist to perform and cases where rescheduling is due to necessity to ensure security, health or life of people or property or due to necessity to ensure undisturbed and comfortable participation in the event. In such circumstances, in case of rescheduling of date, place (with the exception of change of place within the same locality) or change of the supporting artist, the ticket owner shall have the right to return the ticket before the event in return of the amount specified on the ticket.
2.4. Where a ticket owner has the right to return the ticket in return of the amount specified on the ticket, the ticket owner should request the return of monies in the place of ticket purchase, with no undue delay after receiving information on the event cancellation and in case of rescheduling of date, place or change of program of the event under section 2.3. above, before the event has commenced.
3. Security of event
3.1. The Organizer reserves the following rights:
(a) To refuse a ticket owner entry to event for security reasons.
(b) To request, for security reasons, that the ticket owner leaves the event and to take adequate steps that the request is obeyed. This is particularly relevant if the participant disturbs public order, behaves aggressively or infringes the GTCs.
(c) To refuse entry to event to those ticket owners that are armed or have metal-ended shoes or have any other dangerous objects.
(d) For security reasons, to change participant’s sitting/standing place to another one. The ticket holder shall be reimbursed the ticket cost difference. The ticket holder shall also have the right to give up participation in return of either the whole or part of the ticket amount.
3.2. It is forbidden to bring and use cameras, recorders or other audio-video recording devices at an event. The Organizer offers a deposit for such devices at the cost of PLN 50.
3.3. It is forbidden to bring and use laser indicator, alcoholic beverages and intoxicants at the event.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1. Participant may be exposed to strong sound that can cause hearing damage.
4.2. Official programs and gadgets can only be purchased at the event.
4.3. The purchased ticket is to be regarded as Organizer’s individual consent to enter the concert which may be withdrawn at any time for security reasons. This authorizes only to entire or partial reimbursement of amount printed on the ticket, depending whether the consent has been withdrawn before or during the concert.
4.4. The ticket cannot be used in any advertising or promotion (including contests and lotteries) or for any other trading purposes.
4.5. Resale or attempt to resell for a higher amount than the amount printed on the ticket, annuls the ticket without return of any monies paid upon the ticket purchase.
4.6. The ticket is only valid with a control coupon and authorizes for a single entry to event.

Ordering
All orders – whether by telephone, fax or online booking are binding and can not be cancelled or changed. For orders by internet the following steps ( shown as Step 1 – 5 ) must be followed: Step 1- selection of event and tickets per ticket category. Step 2 – selection of method of payment, Step 3 – selection of delivery respectively pick up method and entry of personal data. Step 4 – summary of all data, last control, agreement to the general terms and conditions, transmittal of order. Step 5 – confirmation of order by Eventim.
Payment
Tickets that have been bought for delivery or pick up can be paid by credit card or prepayment. On the internet and other online booking possibilities as well as the different Eventim partners other methods of payment are available. Each ticket is only valid after complete payment.
For certain events, there will be an additional payment fee of 3% added to the overall transaction amount, when paying with a credit card or Dotpay payments.
This fee is not refundable.
Delivery, Handling
Eventim accepts no liability for tickets that are lost in the mail. In addition, it is brought to your attention that Eventim accepts no liability for the correct delivery by third parties i.e. the post office or any delivery services. Claims for damages that result from non-delivery can therefore not be accepted by Eventim.
With the use of the access authorisation the user accepts the general terms and conditions of the promoter and the rules of the house of the location.
Cancellations, changes, refunds
Eventim is only a ticket broker and is not liable for the refunding of admission prices but will make every effort to prompt the promoters to do so. In case of reimbursement the printed price on the ticket will be refunded fully. This price already includes the customary presale fee and system fee. On rare occasions (i.e., changes in pricing from the organiser, surcharges requested from the organiser, etc.) it can occur that a price can be asked which is higher than that which is printed on the ticket. In such occasions Eventim can only refund the printed price on the ticket. Possible additionally collected fees (delivery costs, collection costs, call centre booking costs, etc.) will under no circumstance be refunded. In the case of a cancellation of an event ticket(s) can be returned for refund up to two months after the planned date of the event to the place of purchase as long as the general terms and conditions of the promoter or location do not prohibit this.
NOTE: We accept returns of cancelled tickets only until 4 weeks after the show has been cancelled.
In the case of a cancellation, postponement or changes to the cast or the programme no expenses incurred (e.g. transport, hotel, advance sales fee or delivery charges) will be refunded. In the case of a cancellation, postponement or any other form of change of an event Eventim reserves the right to inform those customers who have bought tickets for this event of these changes. This information is a volunteer service of Eventim and can take place by mail and/or electronically by e-mail or sms if correct contact data is provided.
There is no possibility of refunding a paid ticket for any other reason then those stated above (cancelation, postponement or important changes in programme).
IMPORTANT
Reselling tickets for a higher price, then one indicated on the ticket, is illegal!!
Art. 133. § 1. Who buys tickets to artistic, entertainement or sports events for the purpose of selling them to gain profit, is subject to a penalty of arrest, freedom limit or financial penalty.
§ 2. Trying to, encouraging or helping is also subject to a penalty.
Data protection
The customer agrees that the data provided by him electronically can be electronically processed by Eventim to execute the contract. He also agrees that the data can be forwarded within the legal designations and limits of the Data Protection law 2000 to partner companies (parent or subsidiaries) of Eventim as well as to the respective promoter. The customer is informed that this agreement can be revoked at any time.
Scope, place of jurisdiction, applicable law
The same general terms and conditions are valid for the partner companies. The place of jurisdiction for company customers is the competent court in Warsaw and for private customers their locally competent court. Polish law will be applicable excluding collision of norms.
IMPORTANT:
Registering an account on the Eventim.pl and buying tickets on Eventim.pl website, you agree with terms and conditions above and you agree with determines of the promoters of events (including the Terms and Conditions of the Live Nation Sp. z o.o. promoter), as well as the rules of the venue where events are taking place.
