Z centrum Torunia (np. przystanku „Plac Rapackiego”) do Auli UMK można dojechać autobusami linii 11, 14, 22, 27 lub tramwajami linii 1, 4. Należy wysiąść na przystanku „Uniwersytet” lub „Od Nowa”, który znajduje się w pobliżu budynku.

Z centrum miasta wystarczy kierować się na zachód ulicą Gagarina. Aula znajduje się w kampusie akademickim, oznaczonym wyraźnymi tablicami informacyjnymi.

Aula Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika dysponuje parkingiem dla gości. Znajduje się on w pobliżu budynku, w obrębie miasteczka akademickiego na Bielanach.
