The Multikino Voucher may be exchanged for one ticket to a film screening at Multikino cinemas throughout Poland during the validity period of the Voucher Code.
The validity period of the Voucher is specified in the order confirmation. The Voucher Codes currently offered are valid until 30 June 2027.
The Voucher may be redeemed at the cinema box office, via www.multikino.pl, or through the Multikino mobile app.
When redeeming the Voucher Code online, select the KOD VOUCHER option when booking seats for the selected screening and enter your Voucher Code.
The Voucher may be used for 3D screenings and VIP, LUX and ULTRA LUX seats, subject to an additional charge in accordance with the cinema price list.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for tickets to special screenings or other special events, except for screenings held as part of the following series: Poranki filmowe, Kino na Obcasach, OFFowe Kino and Kultowe Kino.
From 1 January 2027, an additional fee, in accordance with the cinema price list, will be charged when redeeming a Voucher Code online. No fee will be charged when redeeming the Voucher Code at the cinema box office.

In the event of a refund of a ticket purchased using a Voucher Code, the customer will not be entitled to receive a new ticket or Voucher Code if the validity period of the original Voucher Code has already expired at the time of the refund.
