Z centrum Torunia (np. przystanku „Plac Rapackiego”) do Auli UMK można dojechać autobusami linii 11, 14, 22, 27 lub tramwajami linii 1, 4. Należy wysiąść na przystanku „Uniwersytet” lub „Od Nowa”, który znajduje się w pobliżu budynku.

Z centrum miasta wystarczy kierować się na zachód ulicą Gagarina. Aula znajduje się w kampusie akademickim, oznaczonym wyraźnymi tablicami informacyjnymi.

Aula Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika dysponuje parkingiem dla gości. Znajduje się on w pobliżu budynku, w obrębie miasteczka akademickiego na Bielanach. Miejsca parkingowe są dostępne na terenie kampusu, jednak ich liczba może być ograniczona w godzinach szczytu lub podczas dużych wydarzeń. Dodatkowo w okolicy Auli można znaleźć miejsca postojowe przy ulicy Gagarina oraz na sąsiadujących ulicach, które oferują bezpłatne lub miejskie płatne strefy parkowania. Warto przybyć wcześniej, aby znaleźć dogodną lokalizację.
