Sala Koncertowa Radia Wrocław jest dobrze skomunikowana z resztą miasta. Z łatwością można tu dotrzeć: Tramwajem – najbliższe przystanki obsługują linie tramwajowe, które kursują z centrum miasta w kierunku Krzyków. Autobusem – w pobliżu znajdują się przystanki obsługiwane przez linie autobusowe miejskie. Pociągiem – z Dworca Głównego Wrocławia można szybko dotrzeć do obiektu zarówno komunikacją miejską, jak i taksówką.

Sala znajduje się w południowej części Wrocławia, przy ul. Karkonoskiej, jednej z głównych arterii komunikacyjnych miasta. Dojazd samochodem z centrum zajmuje około 15–20 minut. Należy jednak uwzględnić natężenie ruchu w godzinach szczytu.
