Has my booked event been canceled / postponed?
Eventim company is only the distributor of tickets and has no affect on rescheduling or canceling the event.
We make every effort to ensure that customers are immediately informed about the changes by email after receiving information from the organizer.
Information about changes can be also found on our website.
We also recommend following information about the event in the press, radio, television and the Internet.

In the case of paper tickets sent to the Customer by post or courier, please send to our office a printed and completed return form along with undamaged tickets and a receipt.
For security reasons, we suggest that you send us the tickets with required documents as a registered letter.
If the ticket was purchased in an electronic version, it is enough to send the completed form as a photo or scan to our email address - cc@eventim.pl.
After receiving the complete set of documents, we will make every effort to ensure that tickets are canceled as soon as possible.
After canceling the order, we will refund your tickets.

We would like to point out that we do not refund reshipping costs.
