What are the service and shipping costs?
BUSINESS SHIPPING (Polish Post)
Your ticket will be sent to you by post after we receive your payment.
- Domestic Priority Mail 12,00 PLN (PLN 17.50 for certain events)
- International Priority Mail 25,00 PLN
COURIER SHIPPING (Poland, Europe, and the rest of the world)
Your ticket will be sent to you via courier service after we receive your payment.
- Courier delivery - Poland 19,90 PLN (25.00 PLN for some events)
- Courier delivery - Europe 200,00 PLN
- Courier delivery - World 240,00 PLN
Ticketdirect/ ELECTRONIC TICKET
ticketdirect doesn't only save time and money, you may also book events last-minute (where due to lack of time delivery per mail isn't possible any more).
You may print your ticket(s) right after purchase or, at any moment, also check your order and print your ticket(s) in My Account/My Orders. Please use the ""Print"" link next to the event's title and in the next step click on blue ""PRINT@HOME"" button. PRINT@HOME is only avaiable for selected events.
