Pociąg: Dworzec Gdynia Główna znajduje się około 15 minut spacerem od Teatru. Można również skorzystać z autobusów lub trolejbusów kursujących z dworca do Placu Grunwaldzkiego.

Z Gdańska i Sopotu (od południa): Jedź drogą krajową nr 468 w kierunku Gdyni. W centrum podążaj znakami prowadzącymi do Placu Grunwaldzkiego. Z Wejherowa (od północy): Kieruj się drogą krajową nr 6 na południe w kierunku centrum Gdyni, a następnie w stronę Placu Grunwaldzkiego.
