NIEBO znajduje się w ścisłym centrum Warszawy, co czyni je łatwo dostępnym za pomocą transportu publicznego:
Metro: Nowy Świat – Uniwersytet (linia M2), ok. 5 minut spacerem.
Autobusy: Foksal – linie: 102, 105, 116, 118, 128, 175, 180, 222, 503, Nowy Świat – linie: 106, 111, 117, 127.
Tramwaje: Przystanek Muzeum Narodowe – linie: 7, 9, 22, 24, 25.

Z północy Warszawy:
Jedź Wisłostradą w kierunku południowym. Na wysokości Centrum skręć w lewo w ul. Świętokrzyską, a następnie w prawo w ul. Nowy Świat.
Z południa Warszawy:
Kieruj się Alejami Ujazdowskimi na północ w stronę Centrum, następnie skręć w prawo w ul. Nowy Świat.
Z zachodu (np. z Alej Jerozolimskich):
Jedź Alejami Jerozolimskimi w kierunku Mostu Poniatowskiego. Skręć w lewo w ul. Nowy Świat.
Z wschodu (Praga, Most Świętokrzyski):
Po przekroczeniu Mostu Świętokrzyskiego jedź ul. Tamka, a następnie skręć w lewo w ul. Nowy Świat.

Ze względu na lokalizację w centrum, dojazd samochodem może wiązać się z ograniczoną dostępnością miejsc parkingowych. Warto rozważyć parkingi w pobliżu, takie jak:
-Parking podziemny Nowy Świat (Nowy Świat 6/12).
-Parking na ul. Kruczej (blisko ul. Nowy Świat).
