Hospitality ticket includes:
Paper ticket in the premium seating sector E;
Dedicated VIP entrance to the venue;
Access to Hospitality area open from around 6 pm* and an hour after the concert ends;
Full catering: finger food selection, hot dishes, selection of desserts;
White and red wine;
Beer, water, coffee and tea.

Hospitality tickets are NOT Early Entrance tickets.
Tickets are NOT personalized.
Tickets entitle you to a single entry to the venue.
The Hospitality area is the only alcohol consumption area, alcoholic beverages may NOT be taken outside that area.
Tickets will be sent not earlier than a month before the concert date.
Once the tickets have been paid for, it is not possible to return the tickets except in the situations specified in the Terms & Conditions.

Access by public transport Atlas Arena is conveniently located near the center of Łódź, making it easily accessible to both city residents and visitors. The nearest train and bus station is Łódź Kaliska, just a few minutes' walk from the arena, allowing for quick access from various parts of the country.
Buses and trams: Numerous MPK Łódź lines, including trams and city buses, run to Atlas Arena. Trams: lines 10A, 10B, 12, 14, 18 Buses: lines 65B, 80A, 80B, 86, 99

By road
Getting to Atlas Arena by car is easy thanks to its convenient location near the city's main transport routes. The venue is located near a road junction providing easy access from national roads and motorways such as the A1 and A2. GPS navigation will guide you best to the address: al. Bandurskiego 7, Łódź.
Parking
Atlas Arena offers a wide range of parking options tailored to the needs of both event participants and visitors to other facilities within the complex. Pricing during events (concerts, matches, cultural events): Parking P1 and P7: PLN 70 per entry (payment to the cashier before entry, cash or card payment possible). For those who want to avoid looking for a parking space at the last minute, there is an option to book spaces online in advance.
Accessibility
Atlas Arena is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The facility has: -Ramps and elevators that allow easy access to the stands and viewing areas -Designated seating areas for wheelchair users -Toilets adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility -The possibility of requesting assistance during the event in advance
