How can I find out the status of my order?
The login window is located in the upper right corner of our homepage.
After logging in using the username and password, go to the 'My orders' tab. After entering the tab, you can view your orders and their current status:
• Status "" Unpaid"" - this means that the booking of your order has been successfully completed and will be forwarded for processing after payment.
• Status "" Prepared for shipment"" means that the order is being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
• Status ""Sent"" means that the parcel with the order has been sent or is ready to be picked up at Eventim sales point.
• Status ""Canceled"" means that the Reservation has failed and will not be considered for further processing.
You can check the order details, shipping address and invoice details by clicking on the order number.
We try to send all correctly booked orders with receipt by Polish Post or courier as soon as possible. If the date of the event is distant, it may happen that the tickets will be sent a little later (within 2-6 weeks of submission). If your tickets did not reach you within a maximum of 4 weeks of placing your order or 3-5 days before the event, please contact Customer Service via the contact form or by phone, so that we can ask the post office / courier for clarification."
