Was my order successful?
1. By logging in to www.eventim.pl, using the email address provided during the purchase.
In the "My orders" you can view your orders and their current status.
The status "unpaid" means that the booking of your order has been successfully completed and will be forwarded for further processing immediately after the payment is credited to our bank account.
"Prepared for shipment" means that orders are processed by us. We will do our best to send them as soon as possible.
The status "Sent" means that the parcel with the order has been sent or is ready for pickup at Eventim point.
The status "Canceled" means that the booking failed and will not be sent for other processing.
2. Checking your email inbox.
You should receive confirmation of your order after every successfully finalized it.
The message is generated automatically and should be delivered within an hour maximum.
If you have not received a message from us, check whether it did not go to another folder in your inbox, e.g. spam, other notifications, offers.
