What is a seating chart booking / seat selection in the seating chart?
Our system automatically selects best places in a given price category (in case of booking seats from the seating chart we offer our clients the opportunity to choose specific places by themself). Information about chosen places will be visible immediately after adding tickets to the basket. In addition, for many events we offer the opportunity to choose specific seats from the audience plan. In order to select a place by yourself, you must click on the "Seating chart" option, then in the window for selecting the appropriate sector in which you want to order places. The system will zoom in on the detailed plan of this sector and it will be possible to select specific seats.

The selected seats will be marked with a black circle. Window with information about the details of selected ticket (sector, row, place) will appear next to it. In this window, you can change the type of ticket from normal to reduced (if there is a possibility of reduced tickets for a given event). If you want to delete a selected place, press it again on the audience plan or press the cross in the window at a specific place. To finish process of choosing places, click the blue "Add to Cart" button.

NOTE: It is not possible to simultaneously select places that belongs to different price categories. To view audience plans in our online store you need JAVA. You can download the JAVA plug-in from the manufacturer's website.
