Where can I collect my tickets ordered using ticket collection?
Personal pickup before the event is only possible if this option is clearly marked during the ticket booking process.
Tickets can then be picked up at the event venue.
When collecting the order, you must know / have:
* name and surname of the person for whom the order was placed;
* order number;
* document that confirms your identity.
In case of collecting tickets by a person other than the ordering person, please provide for recipient:
* a written authorization to collect (template: https://www.eventim.pl/obj/media/PL-eventim/pdf/upowaznienie.pdf);
* data regarding the order.
In case of the absence of knowledge about the above data, the recipient can be refused to pick up the order.
