My delivery address should be changed
The login window for ""My Eventim"" is located in the upper right corner of our main page.
After logging in using the username / email address and password, you need to select ""My orders"" option.
Ordered products and shipping address will be visible after clicking on the ""Show order details"" button.
If you notice that the delivery address of the shipment is incorrect, please contact us via the contact form (URL) or by email: info@eventim.pl
• If the parcel has not been sent yet, we will try to change the address to the correct one, so that you can receive the tickets on time.
• In case the tickets have already been sent, address updates will no longer be possible.
If the post office / courier is unable to deliver the tickets to you and returns them to our office, we will contact you immediately. After making another payment for resending tickets and indicating the correct delivery address, we will send them again to the correct address.
We would like to point out that we are not responsible for the inability to use tickets due to failured delivery, because of incorrectly entered delivery address.
