EVENTIM.CheckIn is an easy way to collect event attendee data. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizers are legally required to collect participants' contact details. With EVENTIM.CheckIn, you save time related to filling in forms at the venue, conveniently entering your data before the event. This saves time and allows you to enjoy the event without stress and paperwork!
How to use EVENTIM.CheckIn?
You can use EVENTIM.CheckIn in the Eventim PL application available for iOS and Android or via the website www.eventim.pl/checkin.
After entering the data into the Eventim PL application, scan the QR code located at the event venue. If the scan was successful, the device will confirm. Go to the entrance and show your confirmation to the entrance staff. After entering the data in the online form at www.eventim.pl/checkin, you will receive a QR code. Take it with you to the event on your mobile device or as a printout and let the event staff scan it.
Can I also provide details of friends with whom I go to the event?
Yes, you can provide the contact details of several visitors at once. To do this, just click "Add Person".
If I have purchased tickets for my friends, do I have to provide their details?
No, EVENTIM.CheckIn works independently of your tickets. Each visitor can register on their own.
What is happening to my data?
Your data is stored in the EVENTIM.CheckIn database solely for the purpose of COVID-19 prevention. Only state authorities involved in the fight against the pandemic have access to them.
Thanks to EVENTIM.CheckIn, only the data necessary for a specific event is registered.
The collected data is deleted after the required retention period, unless an infection has been detected at the event.
