How it works

STEP 1

Purchase

Book your event with the EVENTIM.Pass shipping option using your mobile device or on the PC.

STEP 2

Open EVENTIM PL

Open the EVENTIM PL or download it first. Log in to the the app with your EVENTIM account details.

STEP 3

Retrieve tickets

You will find the EVENTIM.Pass for the event in the "Tickets" area, but these will only be activated shortly before the event. Once the tickets have been accessed on your mobile they are also available offline.

STEP 4

QR code for admission

Retrieve the tickets in the EVENTIM PL and have them ready for admission at the event.

Forwarding of EVENTIM.Pass Tickets

  • EVENTIM.Pass tickets can be transferred if the feature is enabled in the EVENTIM PL app, subject to the organizer’s decision.

Resale of EVENTIM.Pass Tickets

  • Important:EVENTIM.Pass tickets may only be resold on the fanSALE platform.

  • The event organizer determines on a case-by-case basis the extent to which tickets may be resold to other users of the EVENTIM PL app.
