Apart from the completed forms please provide graphics enabling aesthetic representation of the event on our website.
Website
Graphics should be explicitly showing an artist, band and/or logo of an event together with the background. Graphics should not consist of any incidental photo of the event or present any typography other than the name of an artist, band and/or event, in particular dates, places and information about distributors of tickets other than Eventim (including websites guiding directly or indirectly to the systems of tickets’ sale other than Eventim). Further information (e.g. dates and places of events) will be in the source text of the website following an announcement of the event.

Additional services - Partner Shop
Eventim provides a Partner Shop tailored to the partner’s website stylistically and graphically. Partner Shop may be integrated with the partner’s website with an <iframe> indicator in HTML. It may also be a separate website.

Your event's logo and logo bar should be black and white (achromatic) with no color or shades of gray. Graphics for a FanTicket collector's ticket can be in color and should have the logo or logo bar applied directly in the graphics.
All additional information about your event (e.g. name, dates and venue) will be on the ticket, do not apply them to the graphic, if it is not necessary.

Social Media
Graphics enabling any exposure of an event in social media must not include any typography other than the name of an artist, band and/or event, in particular dates, places and information about tickets’ distributors other than Eventim (including websites guiding directly or indirectly to the systems of tickets’ sale other than Eventim). Any placement of graphics including an excess of information may be blocked by social media algorithms. Further information (e.g. dates and places of events) may be in the text prepared for publication, in line with the arrangements, if any.
LED screens
LED screens displaying our campaigns are in the centres of the biggest Polish cities (Warsaw, Cracow, Katowice, Wroclaw, Poznań, Szczecin, Łódź). Campaigns are updated weekly.

There should be no subtitles on the boards. All kinds of dates, titles, locations will be entered by us according to the data from the Eventim system.
The area marked in red is reserved for Eventim for captions, animations and transitions, only backgrounds/designs of graphics should be in these areas. Key elements of the poster such as main image, photo, logo should be placed in the center.
