EVENTIM RULES - VOUCHERS

  1. Definitions

    Terms used in these Rules have the meaning given herein below, unless other meaning expressly results from the Rules:

    1. Issuer – Eventim Sp. z o.o. Mokotowska 49, 00-526 Warsaw.

    2. Voucher – a code authorising the User to use such code via Eventim service, available at www.eventim.pl. Each voucher is a unique code holding gross nominal value and a defined expiration date.

    3. Purchaser – a natural person or a company, which obtains a Voucher from the Issuer.

    4. User – an each-time holder of the Voucher.

    5. Ticket – a document confirming the right to participate in an event available at Eventim service - www.eventim.pl, according to Eventim rules and the Organiser’s rules.

    6. Eventim Rules – rules of tickets’ distribution via the service of Eventim spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, available at Eventim Service www.eventim.pl.

    7. Eventim Service – website www.eventim.pl.

  2. General conditions for Eventim Vouchers

    1. Eventim Voucher is a document entitling the User of the voucher to full and partial payment for the tickets of entrance for any event available at the website www.eventim.pl.

    2. Validity term of a voucher is a maximum period of 1 year following the date of purchase, unless the Issuer, based upon separate arrangements with the Purchaser, determines any other validity term.

    3. Vouchers purchased according to the rules and conditions set out herein, may not be used to purchase other vouchers.

    4. The Purchaser and the User are not entitled to any claims against the Issuer with regard to any loss, theft or destruction of the Voucher or its expiration.

    5. Issuer is not responsible for Vouchers, which after being transferred to the Purchaser, were lost or destroyed.

    6. Holder of a voucher is the person indicated by a party purchasing the voucher and using it in the process of tickets’ purchase.

    7. Voucher is not subject to exchange in full or in part in return of any other voucher.

  3. General conditions for the purchase of Eventim Vouchers

    1. Purchase of the voucher is possible:

      1. via Eventim Service – voucher in an electronic form (file sent in PDF format);

      2. via e-mail contact, e-mail address for contact purposes: b2b@eventim.pl (voucher in a paper form or in a form of electronic code);

      3. at partners distributing Eventim vouchers (voucher in the form of an electronic code).

    2. Time of realisation of an order regarding Vouchers is maximum three business days following the payment for the booking.

    3. Eventim is entitled to refuse to realise the voucher in the following cases:

      1. expiration of the voucher’s validity term;

      2. such destruction of a voucher which makes it impossible to read the unique code on the voucher;

      3. lack of technical possibility to use the voucher, in particular in case of lack of connection with the Issuer’s IT system.

    4. Purchaser as of the moment of issuance of the Voucher, obtains the following:

      1. in case of a natural person (entrepreneur), a legal person or an organisational unit having legal capacity - a debit note and in case of purchase in the point of sales - a document confirming payment;

      2. in case of an individual - a debit note when requested.

  4. General conditions for the use of Eventim Vouchers

    1. User may use the Voucher many times till the limit ascribed to a Voucher is reached or until its expiration date.

    2. If the value of ordered tickets exceeds the voucher’s value, the Purchaser may use the voucher as a partial payment. Vouchers may not be used jointly in order to pay for the ordered tickets.

    3. If the voucher’s value exceeds the value of ordered tickets, the funds remaining after the purchase of the tickets will remain on the voucher and may be used for the purpose of another full or partial payment for tickets available at Eventim Serwis.

    4. Voucher is not subject to any exchange for cash in full or in part; it may not be returned to the Issuer either.

    5. In case the event for which the Purchaser purchased the ticket with the use of a voucher is called off, Eventim undertakes to supplement the value of the voucher with the value, for which the ticket for the called-off event was purchased. If the expiration date lapsed, Eventim shall prolong its validity or provide the User with a new Voucher of the same value, the expiration date of which will be 30 days since the date of its release to the Client.

    6. The customer is not entitled to the refund if the ticket was paid with use of promotional voucher.

  5. Final provisions

    1. The holder of a voucher is obliged to keep the voucher till the moment the event for which a ticket was purchased using the voucher, takes place.

    2. Eventim reserves its right to change the rules of use of Vouchers.

    3. Only vouchers purchased via sources enlisted in § 3 pt. 1 may be considered original and valid.

    4. Reselling and attempt of reselling makes a voucher invalid with no reimbursement of payment made for its purchase.
