Cock Sparrer are coming to Poland! The legendary London punk rock outfit will perform on July 18 at Progresja in Warsaw. Support comes from Lazy Class and Bulbulators.
In their early years, the band was heavily courted by Malcolm McLaren, the manager of Sex Pistols. They toured alongside acts such as Small Faces, Thin Lizzy, Motörhead, and Slade, yet Cock Sparrer never quite broke into the mainstream. That changed in the early 1980s, when street punk began reaching a wider audience and the working-class band from London’s East End emerged as one of the genre’s true pioneers. Their status was cemented through their involvement in the seminal Oi! compilation series and, most importantly, with the release of their first official album, the now-classic “Shock Troops”, in 1983.
Today, Cock Sparrer are regarded as one of the most influential bands in punk rock history, revered by generations of fans. In 2024, they released their eighth studio album, Hand on Heart - the first record in their career to enter the UK charts and further proof that, after more than fifty years, this music remains a way of life for them.
Since forming in 2013, Lazy Class have remained firmly dedicated to the sounds of Oi! and street punk. Their catalog includes three full-length albums, a mini-album, several EPs, and split releases issued through some of Europe’s leading street punk labels, including Rebellion, Contra, Spirit of the Streets, and TAE Records. In 2026, Lazy Class continue to move forward as a classic punk rock power trio, expertly blending raw aggression, memorable melodies, and a direct, no-nonsense message.
Bulbulators were founded at the end of 1989 when guitarist Artur “Burak” Latosiński decided to start a new band following the suspension of Ramzes And The Hooligans. After a number of shows across Poland and the Czech region of Silesia, as well as several lineup changes, the band released their debut album, “Prawdziwe Życie” (Real Life), through Enigmatic Records in 2000. The record helped establish their name and provided the momentum for everything that followed. Since then, Bulbulators have released seven more studio albums and performed at dozens of clubs and festivals across Poland and throughout Europe.
