DEAD BUTTERFLIES

With every note they play, Dead Butterflies give an outlet to so many emotions that it’s hard not to get lost in them. You’ll find out for yourselves on March 9th at VooDoo in Warsaw!

Hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, Dead Butterflies first shared their music in 2023 and have since made a strong mark on the American DIY/emo scene. Their sound draws from screamo, slacker rock, midwest emo and electronicore, bringing all these influences together with a clear focus on melody. Their melodies are both captivating and nostalgic, and the moment you hear them, you’ll understand how they could break through even a heart of stone. For contrast, they often pit them against raw passages driven by rough vocals and guitars. If the emo scene is experiencing a renaissance, Dead Butterflies are undoubtedly one of the leading bands at the forefront of it.
