Ghostly Kisses will surely steal your hearts with their melancholy blend of subtle electronics and dream pop. Find out for yourselves on November 17th at Niebo in Warsaw. Lucas Laufen will join them as the support act.
Ghostly Kisses are Margaux Sauvé and Louisa-Étienne Santais from Quebec, whose music brings together dream pop, ambient electronics and understated indie. Their compositions are driven by emotion, subtlety and atmosphere, where silence and space are just as important as the melodies themselves.
Released in 2024, the album “Darkroom” was inspired by anonymous letters from fans around the world and revealed a more introspective side of the duo, exploring themes of longing, intimacy and the passage of time. The project has gained recognition for Margaux’s ethereal vocals and minimalist, cinematic compositions that effortlessly transport listeners into a melancholic, dreamlike world. Experience this unique atmosphere on November 17th in Warsaw!
Lucas Laufen’s music works like a therapeutic session, helping listeners release stress, grief and sadness. The artist’s indie folk is shaped on one side by the coastal landscapes of his native Australia and, on the other, by Europe’s rich history, which he now calls home as a Berlin resident. Lucas’s latest album, “Weathering”, was released in 2022 and its follow-up is set to be realesed next year.
