Last year, The Fray celebrated the 20th anniversary of “How to Save a Life” in style, capping it off with a hugely successful tour. More recently, they released “A Light That Waits”, their first album in 12 years. On October 27th, they will return to Poland for a show at A2 in Wrocław, with Piotr Odoszewski as the support act.
The Fray conquered charts around the world with their debut album, and “How to Save a Life” remains one of the most remarkable debuts in popular music history. The Americans’ last show in Warsaw proved that, two decades on, the album’s songs continue to inspire and bring generations together, especially when Dawid Podsiadło made a surprise appearance on stage at Progresja.
Known for their emotionally charged blend of rock and pop, The Fray released “A Light That Waits”, their first album in over a decade, on March 13th. This autumn, the band will embark on their Autumn Light Tour across Europe, bringing them to Poland on October 27th for a show at A2 in Wrocław!
Despite his relatively short time on the scene, Piotr Odoszewski has already explored a variety of musical avenues. He has made his mark as a solo artist with his debut album “Teleranek”, as a member and vocalist of Projekt WOW, and as a co-creator of Krótki Metraż, a project through which he has collaborated with artists including Ralph Kaminski, Dominika Płonka and Daria ze Śląska. With Projekt WOW, he has performed at some of Poland’s biggest festivals, and last autumn he released the collaborative single “Czerwiec” with Dawid Tyszkowski. He is currently working on his next release, offering glimpses of what’s to come through a series of new singles.
