Autobusy i trolejbusy: Najbliższe przystanki to Plac Grunwaldzki oraz Teatr Muzyczny, obsługiwane przez liczne linie autobusowe i trolejbusowe kursujące z różnych części miasta.
Pociąg: Dworzec Gdynia Główna znajduje się około 15 minut spacerem od Teatru. Można również skorzystać z autobusów lub trolejbusów kursujących z dworca do Placu Grunwaldzkiego.

Z Gdańska i Sopotu (od południa): Jedź drogą krajową nr 468 w kierunku Gdyni. W centrum podążaj znakami prowadzącymi do Placu Grunwaldzkiego.
Z Wejherowa (od północy): Kieruj się drogą krajową nr 6 na południe w kierunku centrum Gdyni, a następnie w stronę Placu Grunwaldzkiego.

Parking Teatralny: Bezpośrednio przy Teatrze znajduje się płatny parking, który obsługuje widzów podczas wydarzeń. Liczba miejsc jest ograniczona, dlatego warto przyjechać wcześniej.
Alternatywne parkingi: W okolicy dostępne są miejskie parkingi, np. przy ul. Władysława IV lub na parkingu podziemnym przy Centrum Handlowym Batory (ok. 10 minut spacerem).
