Centrum Sztuki Mościce jest w pełni dostosowane do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Budynek posiada ciągi komunikacyjne bez progów oraz windy umożliwiające wygodne poruszanie się pomiędzy kondygnacjami. Przy wejściach znajdują się plany obiektu wyposażone w tyflografiki i napisy w języku brajla. Sale kinowe są wyposażone w pętlę indukcyjną, a eksponaty zyskały także wersje przetwarzane do odbioru dotykiem. Obsługa Centrum jest przeszkolona i gotowa udzielić pomocy, zapewniając każdemu komfortowy dostęp do oferty kulturalnej i artystycznej.
