The KFF Voucher (in the form of a code) can be exchanged for a pass entitling the holder to participate in the Krakow Film Festival (2026 edition) in the selected variant: cinema + online for HOT_INSIDER or online only (KFF VOD) for LAZY_INSIDER.
Important: The pass itself does not guarantee direct entry to any cinema screening. The Pass entitles the holder to download a free ticket for a selected film, provided that free places are available (the number of places is limited). Free tickets for cinema events can be downloaded in advance via the KFF website or obtained from the festival ticket offices. Access to films within KFF VOD is possible only within the territory of Poland.
The validity period of the voucher ends with the conclusion of the festival, i.e., on June 19, 2026.
The exchange of the voucher (code) for a pass is possible using the following method:
- Via the website www.krakowfilmfestival.pl. To exchange it, set up a free account or log in to your My KFF Account, and then enter your unique Voucher code in the Activate code field.
- Upon activation of the code, a Pass will be assigned to your My KFF Account, which you will use to download tickets for your selected cinema screenings and gain access to the KFF VOD platform.
