Poznańska sieć tramwajowa i autobusowa umożliwia szybki dojazd do klubu z każdej części miasta:
Tramwaje:
Linie 2, 5, 9, 13, 16, 18 – przystanek Zamek (około 2 minuty spacerem do Blue Note).
Linie 4, 8, 10, 12 – przystanek Ratajczaka (około 5 minut spacerem).
Autobusy:
Linie dzienne 151, 163, 164, 169 – przystanek Fredry (około 5 minut spacerem).
Linie nocne 231, 238, 249, 252 – przystanek Zamek.

Blue Note znajduje się w ścisłym centrum, dojazd z okolic Starego Rynku zajmuje około 5 minut. Z Dworca Głównego PKP: Obiekt jest oddalony o około 1,5 km, co stanowi 5 minut jazdy samochodem lub 15 minut spacerem.

W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Zamku Cesarskiego dostępne są parkingi miejskie (strefa płatnego parkowania). Najbliższe parkingi znajdują się przy ul. Święty Marcin oraz ul. Kościuszki. Warto sprawdzić dostępność miejsc parkingowych w okolicy lub skorzystać z aplikacji do zarządzania płatnym parkowaniem.
