Ze względu na liczne schody w części frontowej budynku, Teatr Ziemi Rybnickiej zapewnia alternatywne wejście dla osób z ograniczoną mobilnością. Wejście to znajduje się po przeciwnej stronie budynku, bezpośrednio z parkingu dla osób niepełnosprawnych, prowadzące do Galerii Sztuki. Dzięki temu osoby na wózkach inwalidzkich mają łatwy dostęp do obiektu. Teatr zapewnia dostępność zarówno do parteru sali widowiskowej, jak i na balkon. Wszędzie tam zamontowane zostały platformy schodowe, które umożliwiają poruszanie się pomiędzy różnymi poziomami budynku. Dodatkowo, w Teatrze znajdują się specjalnie przystosowane toalety dla osób niepełnosprawnych, zapewniające komfort i bezpieczeństwo korzystania z obiektu.
