Budynek Akademii Muzycznej w Gdańsku jest dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. W obiekcie znajduje się winda, umożliwiająca dostęp do wszystkich poziomów budynku, w tym do sali koncertowej. Wejście do budynku jest bezprogowe, co umożliwia swobodny dostęp osobom poruszającym się na wózkach. Dodatkowo, obiekt posiada toalety przystosowane dla osób niepełnosprawnych.
