Hala im. Józefa Żylińskiego w Łodzi zapewnia szereg udogodnień dla osób z ograniczoną mobilnością. Do obiektu prowadzą specjalnie zaprojektowane wejścia oraz ścieżki, które ułatwiają dostęp osobom poruszającym się na wózkach inwalidzkich. Dla takich gości przygotowane są także miejsca parkingowe w pobliżu wejścia, aby umożliwić wygodne zaparkowanie tuż przy obiekcie.
