Dodatkowo, dla osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich, dostępna jest winda, która umożliwia swobodne poruszanie się pomiędzy kondygnacjami. W filharmonii znajduje się także toaleta przystosowana do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz odpowiednio zaprojektowane miejsca na sali koncertowej, które zapewniają wygodny dostęp do wydarzeń artystycznych.
