Obiekt posiada toaletę dostosowaną do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Dostępny jest również tłumacz języka migowego (PJM): Usługa dostępna na miejscu za pomocą telefonu lub online. Konieczne zgłoszenie minimum 3 dni przed wizytą.
