Tramwaje: Plac Rodła – linie 1, 3, 5, 11, 12, Matejki Filharmonia – linie 2, 3, 12 (bezpośrednio przy filharmonii)
Autobusy: Plac Rodła – linie 53, 60, 67, 86, 87, Plac Żołnierza Polskiego – linie 61, 62, 75.

Filharmonia położona jest w dogodnej lokalizacji przy zbiegu ulic Małopolskiej i Matejki.
Drogi dojazdowe:
Z północy (DK10/S3): Kieruj się w stronę centrum Szczecina i skręć w ul. Matejki.
Z południa (A6): Zjedź z autostrady na DK10 w kierunku centrum miasta, a następnie kieruj się w stronę ul. Małopolskiej.
