What are the possible methods of payment?
- given method of ticket delivery,
- date of the event,
- individual requirements of the event organizers.
Available payment methods at eventim.pl are:
CREDIT CARD - Visa or Euro - Mastercard. To pay by credit card, select the appropriate card (Visa or Euro - Mastercard) and then fill in all the data necessary to make the transfer. The amount will be taken from your credit card after accepting terms and regulations and pressing the "order with payment obligation" button.
TRADITIONAL TRANSFER After submitting your reservation at www.eventim.pl, you will receive an email confirming your booking with instructions on how to pay with this payment method. If you want to buy a ticket this way, you need to make a transfer to our account accordingly with the ticket value and shipping cost. You will receive all the data needed for the transfer in a confirmation email. Payments must be made within 3 days of booking. If we do not receive payment on time, the reservation will be canceled. It is not possible to extend the booking time. The payment enter in the books in our system within 2 business days.
QUICK TRANSFER - PRZELEWY24 Thanks to Dotpay payments you can pay with a fast transfer from your bank. After booking: you will be automatically directed to the Przelewy24 website. There, from the list of banks, select yours, log in to your account and make a payment. The data for it will be filled in mechanically. You must make a payment immediately, because the payment link will be removed when you leave the site. If the payment is not made immediately, your booking will expire and the tickets will not be ordered and will return to the pool of tickets available to all customers. If you don't make the payment within 15 minutes, the reservation will be automatically canceled. A service fee is added to the value of all orders (not including additional fees, e.g. for shipping).
