What is a Print at Home ticket, and how do I get one?
The Ticketdirect e-ticket option is available for selected events. The ticket can be saved on the device in pdf format, and mobile versions of tickets are also supported thanks to Apple Wallet and Google wallet services. So the ticket can be presented electronically on your phone, no need to print the ticket! Once your purchase has been made correctly, you can download your tickets immediately. You can download your order at any time in the My Eventim/My Orders section. Click the blue "Download Ticketdirect" button next to the event title. NOTE: Entrance to the event is only possible upon presentation of the electronic ticket - the order confirmation alone is not enough!
