What is our delivery period?
Expected delivery time of tickets depends on the chosen method of delivery. We make every effort to send orders as soon as possible. The delivery time is the realization time along with the dispatch. Delivery time is usually from 7 to 14 business days.

It depends on how the ticket is being delivered. If the option:
- TicketDirect has been selected, after payment of the order, you will be notified by e-mail about the possibility of printing the ticket, you can also log in at www.eventim.pl and check in "My orders" in the order history whether the option of printing the ticket has already been available to you.
- delivery by Polish Post, your order should be delivered to the correspondence address in Poland within 3-7 business days. In case of orders delivered outside of Poland border, delivery time depends on the country of delivery.
- courier delivery, your order will be delivered via DHL courier. Your order will be delivered to Poland within 1-2 business days.
