Orders with the option of personal pickup are not sent by post / courier. Tickets for personal pickup can be obtained: - at the temporary Eventim point at the event venue on the day of the event - if such a point will be launched - or at the box office at the event venue. To collect ordered tickets, you must show document that confirms your identity and know the order number as well as details that were provided when submitting it.
