How can I obtain reduced tickets for school children, students, and seniors, for example?
The availability of discounted tickets for children / students / pensioners / disabled person depends on the organizer of the given event. Not all events offer discounted tickets. Information about discounted tickets is always visible on the event page on our website. Make sure you fulfill all the conditions that are necessary to qualify for discount (such as age limit, ID card, etc.). If you have already booked a normal ticket by mistake, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange the reduced-price ticket or receive a price difference. At the end of the booking, after clicking the "Pay" button, the tickets were purchased from the promoter at a full price and paid for immediately. People who bought a reduced-price ticket should have a document confirming the possibility of using the discount (e.g. student ID) while entering the event.
