What are the service and shipping costs?
REGISTERED LETTER/INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED LETTER
Your ticket will be sent to you by post after we receive your payment.
- Registered letter 8,90 PLN (Poland only) (for some events 9,00 PLN)
- International registered letter 25,00 PLN
UPS COURIER DELIVERY (Poland, Europe and rest of world)
Your ticket will be sent to you via courier service after we receive your payment.
- Courier delivery Poland 19,90 PLN (for some events 19,90)
- Courier delivery - Europe 130,00 PLN (for some events 132,90)
- Courier delivery - World 180,00 PLN (for some events 182,90)
Ticketdirect/ ELECTRONIC TICKET
ticketdirect doesn't only save time and money, you may also book events last-minute (where due to lack of time delivery per mail isn't possible any more).
You may print your ticket(s) right after purchase or, at any moment, also check your order and print your ticket(s) in My Account/My Orders. Please use the ""Print"" link next to the event's title and in the next step click on blue ""PRINT@HOME"" button. PRINT@HOME is only avaiable for selected events.
