I have not received the correct (number of) tickets
When collecting the parcel, please check that the correct number and type of tickets have been delivered.
If any doubt, log in to "My Eventim" and check if the tickets match your order.

In the absence or non-compliance of tickets with the ordered (different price category, other event, incorrect date or time), we will provide free exchange of tickets for the correct ones if you inform us in writing immediately.
