Ordering

By using our configurator, you can personalize your EVENTIM gift voucher to suit the occasion. To do this, select a motif of your choice and customize the personal message. After you have selected the desired amount, you can add the voucher to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can then select the desired shipping method.

Shipping

The personalized gift voucher will be provided to you as an online voucher in PDF format immediately after you place your order. You can forward your voucher in PDF format via e-mail or print it out yourself, fold it if necessary and give it as a gift.

Redemption

You can redeem the gift voucher for ticket purchases at www.eventim.pl. To do this, first select your desired event and place it in the shopping cart. By entering the voucher code in the shopping cart, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Any remaining amount will be kept on the voucher for future purchases. EVENTIM wishes you a lot of fun!

Vouchers for business customers

We offer flexible voucher values for every occasion. Either as voucher tickets (on request also with matching gift packaging) or as voucher codes to redeem. For business customers, the vouchers are suitable both for employee incentive and for sales promotion and customer loyalty. Are you planning an OnPack promotion, raffles or other measures? Vouchers can be redeemed within 12 months after date of issue. Any remaining credit cannot be paid out, but will remain with you for the validity period of your gift voucher. A subsequent credit of a voucher to an order already placed is not possible. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or be cashed out.
