What can I expect from Harry Potter™: The Exhibition?
The interactive exhibition celebrates the films about Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, and expands the wizarding world by showcasing iconic, authentic props and costumes, innovative installations, breathtaking sets, and much more. The duration of the visit depends on personal preferences, but generally, it’s recommended to reserve 1.5 to 2 hours for the exhibition itself.

Alvernia Planet is the perfect venue for Harry Potter™: The Exhibition. With its unique architecture and history, it complements the magical atmosphere of the series. The futuristic complex of domes connected by glass tunnels is located between Krakow and Katowice. Currently, it serves as a professional film studio, but for the first time, it will open its doors to the public for this exhibition. Its character and ambiance will offer visitors the chance to experience magic in a whole new dimension, creating unforgettable memories.
How do I get to the exhibition?
By Car: Set the location in Google Maps to Alvernia Planet. It’s located on the A4 highway, between Krakow and Katowice, directly at the exit to Alwernia and Krzeszowice (Rudno interchange).
There is parking available at Alvernia Planet. Tickets can be purchased on-site or online HERE. A parking ticket purchased online is valid for 3 hours. Additional hours are charged at 10 zł/h.
By train: Trains depart throughout the day from Krakow and Katowice train stations to Krzeszowice. Trains run approximately every 30 minutes, with a journey time of about 25 minutes and a ticket price of about 10 zł.
From the bus stop located at the Bus Terminal Krzeszowice on Św. Floriana Street 3 (300 meters from the Krzeszowice Train Station), a dedicated Harry Potter: The Exhibition shuttle bus is available. The fare is 5 PLN per person one way.Buses run hourly on weekdays (starting at 9:30 AM) and every 30 minutes on weekends (also starting at 9:30 AM). The journey to the exhibition takes approximately 15 minutes.
Shuttles operate both ways during the exhibition’s opening hours.

Is there a chance to get a promotional ticket price?
Yes! Take advantage of our ongoing promotion – MAGICAL TUESDAY! Every Tuesday, adults can enter at a reduced (discounted) ticket price. We encourage you to visit! We've extended our opening hours especially for this – the last entry is at 6:30 PM!
In which languages is the exhibition available?
The entire exhibition is available in both Polish and English. Additionally, you can purchase an audio guide available in 8 languages: Polish, English, Spanish (including Latin American), Catalan, French, German, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and Portuguese.
How does the audio guide work?
The audio guide offers 90 minutes of information, which you can also find on the exhibition panels. However, listening to the guide can make your visit easier and more enjoyable.
After payment, you will receive the guide:
• As a QR code to scan with your phone (please bring your own headphones)
or
• As a device with a built-in speaker
• The device is available with a refundable deposit of 70 PLN.
• You can connect your headphones (mini jack 3.5 mm) or buy disposable headphones on-site (5 PLN)
For VIP and OZN ticket holders, the audio guide is provided free of charge.
What is the age range for the exhibition?
The interactive exhibition is suitable for visitors of all ages. However, some elements may cause anxiety in very young children. If you are visiting with children aged 0–4 years, please bring a baby carrier or sling. For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition*. (*does not apply to PwD)
Will I be able to buy tickets on-site?
Yes, tickets are available online HERE and at the exhibition venue.
What does a FLEX and VIP ticket mean?
A FLEX ticket means entry on any day at any time without waiting in line and with an audio guide included in the price.
A VIP ticket provides entry on any day at any time without waiting in line. Additionally, with the VIP ticket, you will receive: a free audio guide and a gift set, including a Harry Potter™: The Exhibition canvas bag, a VIP lanyard and Harry Potter gift.
How do free, reduced, and regular tickets work?
Children up to 4 years old can enter the exhibition free of charge. However, please add a 0 PLN ticket to your cart when purchasing [HERE]or collect a free ticket at the ticket desk on-site. Every visitor must be scanned at the entrance. For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition. Does not apply to PwD. We kindly ask you to bring a baby carrier or sling for the youngest visitors.
Children aged 5 to 12 require a discounted ticket.
Children aged 13 and above require a regular ticket.
Are there toilets available during the visit?
Due to the layout of the exhibition (a labyrinth of rooms arranged in an enfilade), restrooms are located outside the exhibition area. Before entering, we inform all visitors that restrooms will not be accessible during the tour.In exceptional cases (such as with small children), please approach a staff member, who will guide you to the nearest restroom and help you return to the exhibition.
What are the conditions for visitors with disabilities and their caregivers?
Please contact us atharrypotter@eventim.pl. The ticket office will coordinate the purchase of tickets for a person with a disability and their caregiver. Tickets are also available on-site at Alvernia Planet.
Individuals with physical disabilities: The exhibition is adapted to the needs of wheelchair users.
Individuals with visual impairments: The exhibition is not fully adapted (no braille descriptions or special aids for blind or visually impaired visitors). An audio guide will be provided free of charge as support.
Individuals with intellectual disabilities: Participation depends on the individual assessment of the person or their caregivers. Please consider the specifics of the exhibition: the space is dimly lit, with exhibits as the only light source. The exhibition features numerous intense auditory and visual stimuli and is designed like a maze. Additionally, there may be a large number of visitors, which can affect comfort.
Caregivers of individuals with disabilities: Caregivers may accompany individuals with disabilities at no additional charge (please present the appropriate documents confirming caregiver status).
Assistance dogs: Visitors with disabilities may bring assistance dogs, provided they are properly identified.
Please contact us in advance to discuss any special needs so we can ensure the best possible experience at the exhibition.
What happens if I am late, fall ill, or come on a different date than I should?
Late Arrival – Entries occur every 30 minutes. If you are late for any reason, please approach the person scanning the tickets and inform them of the delay. We guarantee entry on the same day as the ticket is valid.
Illness, Travel, or Inability to Attend the Exhibition – In this case, please contact us via email at harrypotter@eventim.pl and inform us of the situation before your visit date. After purchasing tickets for the new date, Eventim will issue a refund for previously purchased tickets.
Arriving on a Different Date – If you arrive after the designated date, the ticket is no longer valid. If you arrive before the scheduled date, there is an option to upgrade your ticket to FLEX or VIP at the venue. These tickets allow entry on any day and at any time.
Is there parking and how does it work?
At Alvernia Planet, we provide parking for visitors. Additionally, if needed, we offer reserved parking spaces.
• 15 minutes of parking is free (Kiss & Ride).
• Each additional hour costs 10 PLN.
• Vehicle identification and parking duration are recorded based on the license plate number.
• Before leaving the parking area, you must pay at the parking machines by entering the vehicle’s license plate number.
For Ticket Holders Purchased on the Eventim Platform:
Please present your ticket along with the vehicle registration number at the ticket booth upon entry to the exhibition.
The barrier system will open automatically upon reading the vehicle’s license plate number.
The parking for buses bringing exhibition visitors is free of charge.
What is not allowed at the exhibition?
• Weapons, ammunition, pyrotechnic materials, and hazardous chemicals
• Baby strollers* – strollers can be left in the cloakroom. (*does not apply to PwD)
• Alcohol and drugs
• Animals (except for service dogs)
• Mobile transport devices, such as skateboards, bicycles, or scooters
• Backpacks larger than A4 size
