Better Bar Show 2026 is an annual industry conference dedicated to the development of the bar and hospitality sector, combined with an exhibition area and accompanying events.
The event takes place in Kraków, at Forty Kleparz (ul. Kamienna 2-4), a unique 19th-century fortress adapted for professional events.
The conference is designed to support the growth and professionalization of the Polish bar scene - both from a business and creative perspective. The program includes international speakers, lectures, panel discussions, tasting sessions, and product presentations.
The conference is intended for professionals connected with the gastronomy sector, in particular the bar industry: barbacks, bartenders, managers, venue owners, producers and distributors.
As part of the event, participants have access to:
- the conference program (lectures, panels, expert talks),
- an exhibition area featuring brands and producers,
- tasting sessions and product presentations,
- accompanying events organized across the city.
The conference days - Tuesday, August 4 and Wednesday, August 5 - will be preceded by a warm-up day (Monday, August 3) featuring accompanying events held at selected venues across Kraków.
Admission is restricted to adults only (18+).
