Małoletni, który w dniu uczestnictwa w Festiwalu ma ukończone 16 lat (osoba urodzona najpóźniej w dniu 11.07.2011 r.), może uczestniczyć w Festiwalu za pisemną zgodą przedstawiciela ustawowego udzieloną zgodnie z wzorem formularza, o którym mowa w pkt. 3.6 Regulaminu.
Małoletni, który w dniu uczestnictwa w Festiwalu nie ma ukończonych 16 lat (osoba urodzona po 11.07.2011 r.), może uczestniczyć w Festiwalu wyłącznie pod opieką osoby pełnoletniej, którą jest przedstawiciel ustawowy lub osoba wskazana przez przedstawiciela ustawowego zgodnie z wzorem formularza, o którym mowa w pkt. 3.6 Regulaminu.
Dzieci do 3 roku życia uprawnione są do uczestnictwa w Festiwalu nieodpłatnie, pod ciągłą opieką swojego przedstawiciela ustawowego, bez konieczności posiadania Biletu. Opiekunowie prawni Dzieci zobowiązani są do posiadania przy wstępie na Teren Festiwalu lub do wybranej Strefy, dokumentu potwierdzającego wiek Dziecka (przykładowo dowodu osobistego, paszportu, książeczki zdrowia Dziecka).
